BPC-157 + TB-500

Body Protection Compound-157 + Thymosin Beta-4

Overview

The combination of BPC-157 and TB-500 represents one of the most widely used peptide stacking protocols in the recovery and athletic performance community. BPC-157 provides targeted local healing and gut protection while TB-500 offers systemic tissue regeneration. Together they address injury recovery through complementary and non-overlapping mechanisms. This entry documents the combination protocol specifically — both peptides are also documented individually in this database.

Mechanism of Action

BPC-157 promotes local angiogenesis and tissue repair by upregulating growth hormone receptors and VEGF expression while stabilizing the nitric oxide system. TB-500 works systemically by upregulating actin to promote cell migration, reduce inflammation, and stimulate stem cell activation. The combination addresses both local cellular repair and systemic regenerative signaling simultaneously. BPC-157's gastroprotective effects also improve tolerance of both peptides when used together. The synergistic effect is thought to produce faster and more complete healing than either peptide alone particularly for musculoskeletal injuries tendons and ligaments.
