TB-500
Thymosin Beta-4
Overview
TB-500 is a synthetic version of Thymosin Beta-4, a naturally occurring 43-amino-acid peptide present in virtually all human and animal cells. It plays a critical role in tissue repair, wound healing, and the regulation of actin in cell building. TB-500 is known for its systemic distribution and ability to promote healing throughout the body.
Mechanism of Action
TB-500 upregulates actin and promotes cell migration, blood vessel formation (angiogenesis), and wound healing. It reduces inflammation by downregulating pro-inflammatory cytokines while supporting the formation of new blood vessels and tissue. It also promotes stem cell maturation and differentiation, and has cardioprotective properties.
